  • How do insurance claims work?

When an insurance claim is filed on a property, the insurance company is paying fair market value to bring that property back to pre-storm conditions. The property owner, for their part, agrees to pay the predetermined deductible. When the work is done by a contractor for less than the insurance pays, then one of two things will happen: you will either save the insurance company money, or you and your contractor will be committing insurance fraud. If you're curious about roof repair and how an insurance claim might play a factor, call us.

  • What is depreciation?

Depreciation describes the funds the insurance company withholds from you after they have adjusted your claim. Most people have “replacement cost value policies” which means they receive the “depreciated” funds in the form of a second check from their insurance company upon completion of the work. Call us today for reliable roof repair.

  • Will filing a claim affect my policy?

No. Insurance providers can’t raise your premiums on an individual basis for a hail or wind damage claim. However, the insurance providers will raise premiums based on a zip code that has been deemed a catastrophe area. To learn more about filing a roof repair claim, contact us.

  • Do you offer financing?

Absolutely! Most roofing contractors don’t offer financing, but that’s just one of the many reasons to choose Invoke Roofing & Construction for your roofing needs! We provide affordable financing to help you in times of need. Reach out to us today to learn about your roof repair financing options.

  • Why should I hire Invoke Roofing & Construction?

Our heart is to serve. We are highly trained and take pride in what we do. Our commitment to detail is seen in our work and our follow-through. According to Ruby Home, an average roof lasts between 25 and 50 years depending on the type of roof and material quality. When it's time for you to update your roof, reach out to schedule your roof repair or replacement with us.

  • Do I pay up front?

We don’t collect any money upfront for roof repair services or any other projects we take on. You should never pay a general contractor anything until you see material on your property and crews installing or performing work.

  • Do you only do roofs?

We specialize in roof replacement, storm restoration, and roof repair. However, as general contractors, we oversee all trades including but not limited to roofing, siding, fence, gutters, windows, paint, and stain.

  • What if I just need a repair?

No problem. We provide a complimentary inspection to assess the problem area. We can then email you an estimate for your roof repair.

  • My insurance company came out and said I don't have damage but all my neighbors had their insurance companies pay to replace their roofs. Should I be concerned?

Yes. We would be happy to come out and inspect your property to provide a second opinion. We photograph storm-related damage and show you our findings. Unfortunately, it is common for insurance adjusters to overlook items on their first inspection, especially if there isn’t an industry expert like Invoke Roofing & Construction present. We then walk you through the next steps to pursue a fair evaluation of your property. We have years of experience working with the storm restoration process and know what steps are to be taken to get all damaged items restored.
